Our commitment
At Transcend Rehab & Wellness, we believe that everyone—regardless of physical ability, sensory limitation, or technology choices—should be able to access our website. We are committed to making our online presence inclusive and usable for all visitors.

Standards we aim to follow
We strive to comply with recognized accessibility standards. While our site may not yet be fully compliant with the full scope of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (Level AA), we are actively working toward that goal.

Measures in place
Here are some of the accessibility features currently implemented:

The website’s navigation and content are structured semantically (headings, lists, navigation menus) to support screen reader usage.

Alt text on images where possible (though this may require further review and improvement)
Contact information is clearly displayed in text form (phone, address) so users can reach us if accessibility issues persist.

Known limitations & what we are doing
We are aware that accessibility is a continuous process. Some of the limitations and improvement areas include:

Some image alt‐tags may be missing or not fully descriptive. We are continuing to audit and update all images accordingly.
Color contrast in certain design elements may not meet Level AA contrast ratios. We are evaluating our color palette and will adjust where necessary.
Some interactive elements (forms, dynamic content) may present challenges for users of screen readers or keyboard navigation. These are prioritized for review and remediation.
Third‐party content or embedded services may not fully adhere to our accessibility goals, and we are working with providers to improve this or replace such content when needed.
